Niched marketing VS. Niched offers Which one makes sense for you?
Niche or die!
You've surely heard something along these lines.
And this overall sentiment is correct.
Being too general will definitely hurt your profitability.
However, most people don't understand the intricacies between niched marketing and niched offers.
If you are earlier on in your business and not yet making 6-figures it's important to focus on ONE main offer (sign up for building our "which offer is right for me?" workshop here), where at the right time, you can have supporting offers, and then employ niche marketing based on your various client avatar segments.
Now, this is a LOT of work!
So, again, especially if you are earlier on, you need to simplify, simplify, simplify! (and watch the offers workshop asap)
You WILL burn yourself out, and feel totally lost, trying to do all the things I mentioned above (flagship offer + supporting offers + niched marketing)
As I've said many times before, timing is everything for your business and offers.
There is a wrong time for the right offer...making it the wrong offer.
You need to know where in the sequence of business evolution you are.
Generally, niched offers are meant for a more sophisticated business that has much more support.
What you need to understand is that each offer has an entire world supporting it to succeed. You can learn more about about the world you need to build around each offer in this workshop about conversion workshops, which are the BEST way to convert followers into high ticket clients.
If you don't build out this supportive environment for each offer we create, you will feel the pain of low/no sales.
You can have either a momentum model, or a scaling model, and most of you reading this newsletter are at the momentum model now.
Therefore, for most of you, niched marketing makes more sense.
The right time to focus on niched offers, is when you have validated your flagship program/offer AND are consistently making sales.
Initially you are starting with ONE main offer, ONE main client avatar niche, and ONE main marketing strategy that will have secondary support mechanisms to bolster your main leads generator.

There's a critical distinction between the two.
Let's talk about feminine/masculine dynamics...
There's this myth out there that your passions are supposed to be all things:
inspiring and energizing to you, and ALSO be the main way you make money
The thing is, to better understand our relationship to our business & passions, we need to take a look at feminine and masculine dynamics.
As a business owner, your job is to be in a combination of masculine & feminine states...but masculine is critical.
That means that structure, strategy, focus, diligence, action taking, sharpness, pursuing are all in play.
However, our relationship with our passions puts us more in our feminine.
Relaxed, receptive, playful, flowing, flexible, open, soft, no agenda, free...
However we look at it, if you want a successful business, masculine systems are necessary for the launch, growth, and scaling of a business.
There are aspects of the business that will do better with feminine energetics, such as branding and some inbound marketing tactics, and parts of the sales system...we need both energetics to have the most successful business. BUT the thing is we cannot escape needing to have structure, strategy, diligence, discipline, action, and drive to run a successful business in today's economy.
What does this have to do with your passions being connected to your business, and passion connection to how you make money?
Well...many of you want your flexible, fun, do it when you want to, how you want to, passion...to also be the reason you run a successful 6-7+ figure business…
And sadly, for many, this is either setting up for disappointment or failure.
If you don't want to be highly disciplined, structured, manage the details, understand all the moving parts and how they impact each other and your bottom line...then you may not want to be in business after all.
It's OKAY to have a passion that you write about, have a following around, and that you dedicate energy to, without it being your business and MAIN source of income. It's okay to have a hobby that makes money occasionally.
As a business, this work you're doing needs to make money, needs to be consistent and predictable, and often means focusing on the things that aren't sexy or fun...the grunt work that needs to be done, and that isn't glamorous at all.
So often, people are looking for the silver bullet that will allow them to be in ease and flow, without having to focus on the discipline, metrics, strategy that is required, and they end up empty handed again and again.
OR they end up out of alignment, because they might want to do the work that is required in your craft, but you may be less jazzed about the running the business part of it.
But it's so important to be honest with yourself as to what this is.
Do you actually want to run your passion as a business?
OR do you want to dedicate time to this craft whenever you want, however you want, without the pressure of a business behind it?
These are really important questions that are often not asked, and we see people pursuing passions through the word business, but not the actions and behaviors of business.
The masculinity of business systems, structure, and processes.
Again, that is a recipe for failure or disappointment.
So, what about for you? Do you want to just be jazzed about the work you do? Or are you COMMITTED to building a profitable business?
There is no right or wrong answer.
There is only what YOUR truth it.
You get to honor your truth.

Earlier on Instagram I posted about what kinds of offers are best when you have a LARGE social media following.
But, what if you are just getting started and have either a small following, or no following at all?
There are five levels of offers that you want to eventually have available to your Ideal Client Avatar (ICA™).
The five levels of offers you want to (at the right point in your high ticket expert journey) have available are:
* low ticket
* mid ticket
* high ticket

Obviously, there is more complexity than this, but to keep things simple we'll look at these 5 levels.
Each level has a specific purpose, depending on your particular business journey.
Hear me, take a note, and put it on your wall:
the purpose of each level will change depending on various factors in your unique business
If you have a small following, to no followers (for your business purpose) on social media and on your email list, AND you aren't currently bringing in $5K-$10K consistently in your business, then YOUR plan looks very different from someone who has a large following base, and someone who is bringing in at least $5K-$10K of revenue monthly.
(this is why so many of you try what the big-name gurus are doing, only to feel like you wasted your time & money, and didn't get the results you wanted)
Each level has types of offerings that are associated with the level.
An example of a high ticket offering, for example, can be a Group Coaching program that includes some LIVE support. But this is not the only type of high ticket offering, there are many, and the one that is right for you will depend on your time availability, what energizes you, and obviously, the market you serve.
There are flexible offer types, and fixed offer types.
If you have a small (or no) following, you really want to start with a flexible offer model, something that allows you to make high ticket sales, while providing incredible transformational service AND while really understanding your ideal client avatar (ICA) from the inside out, so you can create more fixed offer types (ex: online course), later on, when you can be sure you'll create a fixed offer that people will buy.

We often talk about how the strategy for one person needs to be different from someone else at a different stage of their business development. If you are a beginner expert and have a small (or no) audience, your first step is going to be VERY different from a beginner with a large audience (of qualified followers)
There are 5 levels of offers you actually want to have available for your qualified followers/prospects if you want to reach the potential of your business, and create as much impact and abundance as possible.

What I have often seen with people who have large followings on social media, is that they have huge gaps in their 5 level program suite.
They usually have one, or two programs, however they are leaving a lot of impact & abundance on the table by not having offerings that meet the other levels.
For example, they may have an ever-green low-ticket training or workshop that brings in people and actually qualifies them, but this isn't connected to a nurture & conversion system that then upgrades them to any mid-ticket, high ticket, or premium offerings.
Some, like some of our clients, are bursting at the seams with high ticket clients that just can't get enough of them...but have no automated lead magnet, low-ticket, or mid-ticket systems...thus limiting the profitability & impact of their business.
So often, there aren't:
* lead-magnet to client conversion and upgrading systems
* strategic connection between social media content & sharing knowledge of their right offerings
* CTAs that guide people to become the right level of client/customer with you
* low-ticket and mid-ticket qualifying and converting systems
* evergreen high-ticket offerings
* low stress premium offerings ....overall nurture & conversion systems
Many, provide so much value to their audience on a daily basis, and have tens-to-hundreds of thousands of followers, but no systems to starting owning that traffic (rather than just renting on social media) to be able to bring these ideal client avatars into their nurture & conversion systems.
Many don't have systems at all...more of a hodgepodge of offerings that were thrown together, that weren't at some point tied to a larger nurture & conversion system.

6 CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IKONIC LOGO
𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗯𝗻𝗯’𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗙𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗼. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲.
There are 6 logo characteristics you must pay attention to have a logo that powerfully represents your company, stands out, creates community, builds loyalty, and creates clients. In other words, an Ikonic logo.
You want an Ikonic logo?
Listen up -this is our 6-step test to creating an Ikonic logo.
𝟭. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 & 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 - The airbnb logo is absolutely incredible at communicating their values and their purpose through just a symbol. Their logo is sooo thoughtful, integrating their purpose (places + people) with love, which is a core value of their. It also stylistically looks like an A for airbnb. It gets an absolute A+++ on communicating so much through a simple, elegant symbol…which brings us to simplicity.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 - an Ikonic logo by necessity is simple. You know those logos that are not simple, the ones that have way too many colors, are doing way too many things, there’s like an eagle, with a river, and people holding hands, and there’s a heart, and they have multiple colors, and holy smokes!! That’s just NOT how you do an Ikonic logo.
An Ikonic logo is simple, yet powerful. It’s one well throughout symbol, often a symbol that incorporates different components of a company’s values, purpose, vision, and are all communicated in just ONE symbol.
There’s two ways you can do this- graphically (airbnb) or through words (Coca Cola). I’m a big fan of imagery that communicates the many pieces of your brand in just one symbol (airbnb).
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 - the colors, the lines, whether rigid, soft, fluid, sharp, all need to communicate the company’s vision, and inspire people to want to be part of the movement.
𝟰. 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 - going back to simplicity, part of the reason you want your logo to be simple (think Nike) is so it will be memorable no matter where it is seen. A super complicated logo will just by its nature be less memorable since it add friction to memorability through complexity, and this means it will be harder for people to create a connection with your brand.
𝟱. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 - your logo needs to be versatile. It needs to be able to be presented in different colors, and through different mediums, and always work. Does your logo work if it’s a dark background, white background, does it fit on a sticker, on a shirt, tote bag, or is it crazy long and so complicated to fit in diverse environments?
𝟲. 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 - finally, you need your logo to be scalable. This means whether we are seeing it on a billboard on the highway, or a tiny little graphic (say your profile pic on instagram) your logo must work given different size uses for your logo.

WHAT SETS APART COACHES THAT MONETIZE FROM THOSE THAT STRUGGLE...
What differentiates coaches that consistently bring on high paying clients and those that struggle month after month?
Being a #MonetizedCoach, versus a HobbyCoach is the difference.
So what exactly are these differences?
Let's dive in, yes?
A #MonetizedCoach has a profitability plan.
That means they are building their business based on data, and KNOWING they have strong profitability potential behind their business. They don’t just hope things will work out, they build their business based on certainty and knowing as to how they plan on bringing in high paying clients.
A HobbyCoach however just throws things at the wall, hoping one of the will work out. They bank purely on “hope strategy” and they come up empty-handed again and again, and wonder why. They didn’t know they needed to actually have a profitability plan in place.
A #MonetizedCoach has irresistible offers.
A #MonetizedCoach knows that what they are offering is sexy AF. They have taken the time to really solidify their pricing (based on xnpricing science), positioning, packaging, and branding of their offers. They know that when they present their offers, and yes, they have more than just one, people will be excited to work with them.
A HobbyCoach however has (usually just) one offer. Their offer is usually underpriced, and has no evidence that it’s a winning offer. They go into each sales call with a feeling of dread in their stomach, just hoping this time the person they talk to will find value in their offer and hopefully, just hopefully say yes.
A #MonetizedCoach looks like a million bucks.
When people look at their social media presence, their website, offers, lead magnets, sales pages, their podcast, youtube channel, newsletter...whatever it is… the look good and they know it.
A HobbyCoach on the other hand has no branding, or lackluster branding. People have no idea what they do, and sometimes their websites resemble something from the 1990s...They often think they need to pay thousands of dollars for someone to build their assets, not knowing that in today’s world it’s literally free (or crazy cheap) to look like a million bucks. They feel lost and alone in how to have their business look amazing and represent them powerfully.
A #MonetizedCoach does sales as a system.
They know their numbers, they know what to say on a sales call, they have sales goals, and sales is part of a system.
A HobbyCoach has no consistency around their sales. No specific goals, metrics, numbers. Sales happen sporadically… and often they just don’t happen...which leads to no sales calls/presentations, and thus no new clients.
A #MonetizedCoach is focused on tracking, metrics, and numbers.
They know what success looks like based on numbers, not just hoping something will work.
A HobbyCoach has noooo idea what exactly is working and what isn’t. They just have gut feelings about most things, and have no clear understanding of their progress.

WHAT ACTUALLY LEADS TO A PROFITABLE SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS?
Everyone has a million dollar idea...so what separates "great ideas" from actual success?
I've heard this a many times from people in the business world:
"I have a great idea, I just don't want to share because someone might steal my idea"
The thing is...literally everybody, or at least a large majority of the world, is walking around with at least one "million dollar idea" in their mind...
But that's the thing. It's in their mind.
It doesn't exist. It's just a thought.
Did you know that a "great idea" isn't even one of the necessary ingredients for a successful business?
Nope. You don't need an "amazing idea"
...what you need, if you're trying to build a real business that consistently makes many thousands of dollars and allows you to pay for all of your necessities and some nice things...is a profitable idea and implementation of this idea.
Look, just because you have a good idea doesn't mean you will turn it into a profitable business.
It takes so much time, energy, and determination to get, even amazing ideas, off the ground and working.
So no, unfortunately ideas are just not enough.
Million dollar ideas are a dime a dozen. They aren't that special. Everyone has a great idea.
What IS special, is the implementation of a great idea.
That takes work, time, energy, dedication, staying in the ring after you feel tired, beaten down, people have said no, but you know you have a profitable idea and you're doing the work to make it profitable and successful.
You've done the research, you have proof, before you start building, that this will make money. You're not waiting for perfection.
So question for you: have you let yourself off the hook in terms of your effort because you have a "great idea" and that on its own makes you feel like you are winning on some level?
Are you the people we see, that don't wait for a great idea, and instead FIND a profitable problem in the world and BECOME the person that can solve that problem for people, and thus end up building a profitable business...even if they started without the "perfect business idea"
To win at this game, we need to not make it about us. It needs to be about SERVICE. If you make your work about service, you will bring on clients, you will make sales, and you will be one of those people with successful, profitable businesses, that may have started imperfectly but because they put in the time, energy, dedication, and effort it takes to grow a business, came out successful.

Coaches, Stop Charging Low Prices!!
(Especially If You're Just Getting Started)

You've Thought of Getting Support Around Your Coaching Business...but How Do You Decide What the Right Program is for You?We get it, it can feel so confusing to know what the right coaching program for you is. You have a unique background, expertise, and experiences, and things you look for in how you learn...
In this training, we discuss the 3 things you must look for as you decide whether a coaching program is the right program for you
1. Social Proof - is there evidence of people like you (at your particular stage in your business growing journey) getting the results you're looking for?
What does this mean? Someone that is already making $30K per month now making $90K per month isn't the same as someone who is coming in making just a few hundred now making $10K consistently.
Going from $0 to $10K a month is especially tough for so many coaches, especially if they don't have a profitable niche defined.
Are you just getting started? Then you need a mentor that has results getting beginners to start making money and bring in clients consistently.
Ask about their track record with people like you before you invest in any program.
2. What are their values?
For the most part, joining a coaching program is a longer term investment of money and time. You're going to be learning from this organization, and spending your precious time around them. Your business will be impacted by their values system, and you may or may not feel in alignment with them.
You want to make sure to conduct a values alignment check before you start working with any organization.
Basically, you want to ask: "do I trust them, do I want to spend my precious time with them and the people they bring on, and do I align with their mission statement"
3. Know Their Policies- What is their commitment to YOU, not just yours to them?
Sometimes, especially working with big name gurus people will get caught up in the excitement of the program and the big name guru, but they won't have access to real feedback on their business, the feedback you'll get is cookie-cutter advice not specific to you and your industry, and you will see the results of enrolling in this kind of program.
We have seen so many people that now work with us, invest in an initial program for tens-of-thousands of dollars, only to create a bunch of stuff...but still not consistently be making money.
As we see it, that is unacceptable.
Don't get enamored by the program, get enamored by what the program and the coaches and leadership will be able to support YOU specifically with.
4. Don't be a Bargain Hunter - you can shop for price, sign up for a course that is a few hundred dollars...but at the end of a few months you will probably (as show by the data of most courses) not have made that much more progress on your own.
We encourage you to really sign up for programs where you get VALUE, and value really comes from hands-on support around your business, not some platitudes & generalities.
If you look for and sign up for the cheapest program, you might end up with low quality results and support.
Ask for what is the return on your investment?
5. BONUS: Pay for implementation support, not just information
Look, for most of you you don't need more information...you need support around the implementation of the right strategies for your business.
If you are paying for a program, most of the value really is in the implementation of your next steps...not really in learning more things.

What IS "High Ticket" Coaching?
Okay, if you are making less than $5k-$10k consistently per month, you're charging per session, and you just don't know how this coaching thing will ever turn into your full-time work, you need to listen up because this is going to rock your world.
In our world, high ticket means that you're selling packages/offers over $1000 per sale. Anything under $1000 is going to be mid-ticket, or low-ticket...which are actually intermediate and advanced strategies for a business already making well over $10K per month...
As a high ticket coach, you are leading people to a transformation, and when it comes to a life-changing transformation you want people to have skin in the game. If your coaching is $50...it's very possible that your client just won't have enough incentive to do the work...and coaching is work...to actually create their transformation.
Want great clients who are fired up about getting results? Be a high ticket coach.

We see too often that coaches are so focused on selling their programs.
Coach, I’m sorry to break it to you but it’s not about your program…
…no one cares about your coaching program
…well people DO care about your coaching program
…ONLY as it relates to fixing/solving/supporting with the problem that THEY have and care about.
So are you focused on:
- selling programs , OR
- guiding people to solve problems and get results ?
Because let me tell you, one of those is going to be so much easier to get high ticket sales for and to be successful around than the other
(hint)... and it ain’t “selling programs/coaching packages” ...
We teach our clients the principle of NAY:
Not About You.
The sooner you realize it’s not about you …and it IS about the problems THEY have… and solving a big enough problem that a lot of people want solved…
…the sooner you will be profitable and start making money in your coaching business.
Does this mean you're always posting about your coaching package online? NOPE
Does this mean that you should always be posting about their frustrations and the results they do want? YEP
Should you immediately tell people to hop on the phone to tell them about your program? NOPE
Should you have discovery calls with people you can really help and ONLY if you know what they really care about, their pain points, and how you can help them should you then invite them to learn more about how you can support them? YEP
Should the entirety of your sales call be about your program, all the things you included in it, and do all the talking? NOPE
Should you spend the majority of your sales call/discovery call LISTENING, and only share the parts about your program that are most important to them, and always bring it back to what results they mostly care about? YEP

What's the REAL Reason You're Not Getting Clients...A lot of coaches believe that they have a traffic or lead generation problem, and while this may be true, more often than not the lack of traffic and leads is only a symptom of deeper issues they have yet to identify.
This means that even if you had plenty of traffic and leads, you may still have a massive problem converting them into paying clients if something else in your business system is severely dysfunctional.
We have seen people with a 100,000 person email list have trouble selling anything while people with just a few hundred people on their list can sell multiple High ticket coaching packages with just one email, proving that more leads does not necessarily mean more clients.
So how do you know if something else is broken in your business and what that might be? There is no one specific answer to this but a few of the most common are the following:
- Not having a clear and specific niche with one type of ideal client that you serve with one clear and specific solution to they're clear and specific problem. In other words, you are lacking Focus in some vital areas that are keeping you from being a specialist.
- Inconsistency with content creation and communication to leads and Prospects in your network. Not showing up on a regular schedule as the expert on a platform that they are watching regularly.
- Poor and unprofessional branding. Not showing up in all places including social media looking like a professional in your field. Lack of trust.
- No system or strategy for how you run your business day-to-day and what tasks get priority.
- Just not making enough offers to enough people. Lack of volume.
- Trying to do too many things at once and doing none of them well. There is a difference between being a “busy” coaching and being a “productive” coach.
- Shiny Object Syndrome. Chasing that next Magic Bullet that is finally going to give you the quick breakthrough results you've heard about
- Lack of market research and proof-of-concept for your program. Building your programs and offers without certainty that they are filling a high demand need in the market.
How well does your branding speak to your ideal customer? Are you creating the right kind of content on the right platform? Is your sales conversion strategy broken? Do you know your business metrics?
These are a few examples, but the list goes on, and until you identify what the deeper issue is, you may be focusing on the wrong problem and therefore getting the wrong result.
Truthfully, the best and quickest way to overcome this is to get a professional outside assessment. Yes, you could absolutely figure this all out on your own with enough time and energy, but why spend so much time and energy--Arguably yours MOST valuable resource--if the answers can be quickly obtained elsewhere?
A good business coach will be able to identify what your core issues and needs are quickly and --if they’re acting with integrity--also tell you if they are a good fit to help you correct them or guide you in a better direction to get support.
Bottom line, if you think that your main problem with getting clients is that you don't have enough leads or traffic, we would be willing to bet a fair amount of our own money that you have much bigger problems that need to be identified in order to get your business to its Highest Potential output.

Do you want to be a product pusher, or a profitable business owner?
A few years ago, I had a GREAT idea ... and it FAILED miserably 😩
Have you ever had that experience?
I had a course idea that I thought would be AMAZING. It would help people with their abundance mindset, and it would help them have better financial habits. Sounds pretty awesome, right?
I worked on my product (course) for months,
I loved it,
I was excited about,
I thought the world needed this
and when it came time to launch it, while people were excited for me...NO ONE BOUGHT
Did you catch something however in my thinking?
I, I, I - it was all about me and what I wanted.
A few weeks ago we heard the news about Quibi's $1.7 BILLION dollar failure
What happened to Quibi, that so often happens to so many other entrepreneurs? They built something THEY thought was great, but the market wasn't clamoring for. People might have said, "yeah, that's cool!"...but were the customers themselves willing to pay for this new product? Were they looking for this specific painpoint to be solved? No.
Their USGAW was weak (USGAW training here)
Stop building products/services only you care about, but that the market doesn't want to pay for. Stop solving for an itch that doesn't exist.
If you want to win in the world of business, you can't make it ABOUT YOU. It's not about you, it's about them
Are you solving a problem the market wants solved?
...in other words, are you solving a problem that tens of thousands, to hundreds-of-thousands of people ALREADY have their credit card in their hand for, and they just need to meet you for them to say "YES, where have you been, here's my money!!"
Or do YOU just want this problem solved?
This might hurt for some, but I want you to honestly answer this for yourself:
Do you want to be a business owner?
Do you want to be a product pusher and feel good about yourself because you have a product?
As a business owner your priority is to make solutions - offers THAT PEOPLE WILL PAY FOR . We encourage you to focus on building a business that makes money (if you work with us, we'll coach you on starting with high-tier offers) from day 1, otherwise it will be an uphill battle.
If you're not making money, you have a hobby, not a business. Otherwise, you're relying on hope strategy, and that's usually not a winning bet.
We want you to win, and you're not going to win if you "have a product" and have ZERO sales, or the only people buying are you family and friends
You need the ability to convert strangers to raging fans
If you don't consistently convert strangers to people who trust you and want to give you money to solve their pressing problems, your business has a problem, thankfully not one that can't be fixed!

I know for me, there were times that I'd break down in TEARS 😭after a sales call. I HATED sales calls.
Okay, so here's the deal, I used to be a human rights attorney.
I spent years working for the government and non-profits, trying to do my part to make the world 🌎 a better place.
I've had my fair share of rolled eyes at my zealous commitment to make the world better, kinder, and wealthier...
You know what eye-rolling 😒people?
It's okay...you do you boo, but me,
I really freaking care and I think that trait is a really good thing!
You probably really care, and that is a good thing!
I've never been interested in doing something that was just for the money. I always needed to know that what I was doing what powerful, meaningful, and life changing to the lives of the people I touched through my work.
So when it came to sales, I was like so many people that thought sales were icky and gross, and it was a practice of taking. 😣
🔥But you know what, sales isn't taking. Sales is the most courageous, powerful, caring thing you can do if you're committed in the change of the lives of those that you serve. 🔥
How often do we sit in the suck, and it takes something, someone, to push us to be more courageous and to really look at what we are committed to.
THAT is what sales is, a practice in diving deep into your commitments. 🏆
What are you committed to?
You'll learn that during a service-based sales call.
You'll lovingly be guided to really analyze what is important to you.
And no, you can't force anyone to do anything they don't want to do. As my love coaches would say "you are not general manager of the universe, and you are not that powerful" 😅
As a good sales person, you'll have to often do what we call "Standing For Your Clients" - that means while they explore their trepidations with fears, inner gremlins, and excuses, we get to stand strong with them, not for them, in the ultimate practice of courage.
If you have created a powerful, transformative program, you can do this again and again without feeling gross, icky, or like you're taking.
You can withstand the silence, the discomfort, the inertia that will be required to move someone from safe but not getting the results they want, to having to take a bold and courageous 🔥 stand for THEIR future.
So, when you change your perspective around sales, you'll learn the truth about sales: sales is one of the most powerful, transformative, healing things you can do if you show up to it from a place of service, and you show up without any expectations other than serving.

For starters, we won't have ANY of our clients begin with any offer below $1000. 💸💸
It is very easy to create a program/package/offer starting at $1000, and given the coaching we provide our clients, by the time that they are creating their offers, they know how to craft an offer that is at a minimum $1000.
Most of our clients have multiple offers, many above the $1,000 mark, but for starters, we set the floor at $1,000.
Now, given the $1000 floor we have for our clients, we then start looking at the many factors that will further influence their pricing strategy.
We start with their personalized intellectual property 🤓, which means they have a system that leads to results for their clients again and again. Once they have this, they have the certainty they will get results for their clients, and thus feel confident in charging high tier prices.
Then, we move on to offer structure 👩💻. We make sure that they add so much value to any of their offerings, that when they are on a sales call they will feel confident in sharing their high tier pricing because they will KNOW that their offer structure makes their offer absolutely irresistible.
After offer structure, we move on to their branding 💎 and positioning🏆. We make sure they are positioning themselves and their business powerfully within the market, and then branding themselves following all of the best practices for their online branding.
At this point, their offer structure is solid, they are adding a TON of value through all of their programs, and they look like a million bucks online. 😍
The next step is selling their high tier offers, which by this point in our clients' journey is the fun part! 💰🙌
